• Where can I stay?

    • Convention guests can take advantage of a Rydges Queen Room at the discounted convention rate of $199 (room only). Rates are applicable for up to two adults unless otherwise specified; extra adults charged at $60 per night. Rate includes complimentary Wi-Fi for all group guests staying in house.   • What is this Gala Dinner all about?

    • The Australian Humanist Convention 2016 Gala Dinner is the night we honour the recipients of Australian and Young Australian Humanists of the Year.
  • What should I wear to the Gala Dinner?

    • It’s a special evening honouring the works of the Australian and Young Australian humanists of the Year so you certainly can’t go wrong with formal, cocktail or black tie attire. But we won’t stop you from joining the celebrations if you’re dressed differently
  • I hear there are meetings on Friday? Can I attend?

    • On Friday at 1pm the Council of Australian Humanist Societies inc. will be holding its Annual General Meeting. This is only open to financial members of our affiliate societies and invitees to attend. If you’re already a financial member, details are in the latest issue of Australian Humanist or by contacting your state society.
      If you want to join up on the day to one of our affiliate societies you will be more than welcome to!
