We are pleased to announce the convention keynote speaker is Julian Burnside AO QC, Australian barrister, human rights and refugee advocate, and author. The awarding by 2009 AHOY recipient Julian Burnside AO QC of Australian Humanist of the Year and the inaugural Young Australian Humanist of the Year will take place at our gala dinner at Rydges South Bank on Saturday evening May 28. At the gala dinner, our guests will be able to mingle with convention speakers and fellow free thinkers while enjoying a sumptuous three course meal, drinks and entertainment.
